Hamilton -- The original and now colourised photos with historical narrative are breathtaking : The narrative puts each photo in context and the flow of colourised photos walks you through our fractured history of conflict over a 30 year period. It is breathtaking how photos (many of which the reader will be familiar) now in colour can bring the historical narrative to life. If you follow her on twitter, you know the lengths she goes to for research for each photo. Each photo is accompanied by Dan Jones' text which provides context for the photo.
